Sous la responsabilité du directeur des ventes, le chargé de clientèle régional sera responsable à la fois de la prospection de nouvelles affaires et de la gestion des comptes commerciaux existants.

Il s'agit d'un poste hybride, où l'on passe environ 4 à 12 jours par mois au bureau et où l'on voyage de 5 à 10 % sur le territoire. Ouvert aux candidats de tout le Canada, les portefeuilles de clients peuvent nécessiter de travailler avec des clients situés dans plusieurs fuseaux horaires.
Bilingual Regional Account Executive
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Regional Account Executive will be responsible for both prospecting new business and managing current commercial accounts.
The Regional Account Executive (RAE) will be an energetic go-getter with experience working in a results based and transformational environment.
As a member of the Sales Department, you will have the opportunity to:
Learn and sell our entire technology, solutions and services portfolio with a focus on a solution selling approach with new innovative solutions that drive value added services and revenue growth for new and current customers
Grow business through key sales metrics -prospecting calls, in person meetings, proposals, closing calls, operational engagement
Maintain a constant focus to uncovering new competitive and untended opportunities to acquire new customers
Delight our customers with a focus on constant touch points and knowing your customers key priorities and initiatives to drive growth revenue in current accounts
Meet or exceed individual sales revenue targets for new and current customers
Develop relationships with the Commercial Sales and Operations teams to retain the revenue with existing accounts and prospect for new revenue.
Report, record and communicate market developments/trends to assist with establishing regional sales and marketing strategies.
Leverage and utilize CRM database
What we're looking for in our Regional Account Executives:
Bilingualism in English and French is required.
3-5 years' experience selling to prospective clients, building strategies to grow account revenue in current accounts and providing high level customer service
You can think on your feet to adjust your pitch - adapting to rapid industry changes and changes in client needs
You're a focused solution seller and have experience selling software based solutions
You view the sales target as your starting line - overachieving growth targets in past sales roles is something you're proud of accomplishing
Proven ability to create and implement strategic sales plans - working with all levels of the organization both internally and with clients
Proficient in the use of CRM tools and knowledge of contracts and/or contract management
This position is hybrid, spending approximately 4-12 days per month in office with 5-10% travel within the territory. Open to candidates across Canada, client portfolios may require work with clients in multiple time zones.
