OpenRoad Auto Group is currently seeking to expand our team with a Full-time Technician at OpenRoad NorthWest Bentley, Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce, McLaren Seattle.

Your Role as a Technician:

• Specialize in Exotic Vehicles: Perform general maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on the world's most prestigious automotive brands.
• Precision and Efficiency: Carry out work as outlined on repair orders with the utmost precision, meeting dealership and factory standards.
• Safety First: Examine vehicles thoroughly for any additional service or safety work, ensuring every vehicle leaves our care in peak condition.
• Quality Assurance: Road-test vehicles after service to ensure the highest level of workmanship.
• Technical Mastery: Work closely with our service team to solve complex technical issues using the latest diagnostic tools and techniques.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Expert Diagnostic Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail are essential for delivering the highest quality of service.
• Passion for Luxury Cars: Previous experience with exotic or high-performance vehicles is highly desirable, but a passion for luxury and performance is essential.
• Team Player: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a close-knit service department team.
• Valid Washington Driver's License: Must possess a clean driving record and the ability to safely handle the world's finest automobiles.
• Commitment to Excellence: A dedication to high-quality work, efficiency, and continuous improvement is key to your success.
