The Bigger Picture

We are looking for Senior Wealth Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be supporting Advisor(s) practices as well as providing administrative support to the Thrive team. How you'll be spending your time:

As a Senior Wealth Associate, you have an integral role in providing a world class customer service experience. You will provide support for general administrative duties including the management of client files and accounts, meeting preparation, report generation and research assistance. You will partner with the Advisors to understand the business goals and support the execution of their business plan. You will develop rapport with clients as well as build trust with external and internal stakeholders. You will maintain compliant client information and become an expert at navigating our CRM and Analytic systems, taking pride in ensuring all interactions meet legislative, regulatory and compliance requirements.

Utilizing your excellent written and verbal communication skills, you easily develop relationships with your colleagues and clients. The experience you bring:

  • Post-secondary education
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance or wealth industry
  • CIRO license is required
  • CRM experience is an asset
  • Demonstrated partnership and business building activities
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to business

Salary Range:

$53,250 - $66,560 with 10% Short Term Incentive Target
