As our Sales Manager, you'll be joining our Brand Crew—a dynamic team where sales, events, and marketing come together in perfect harmony. Reporting to the Brand Director, you'll have all the support you need to focus on what truly matters: cultivating relationships and promoting Regina's coolest independent hotel.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing our "small but mighty" inside Sales Crew of two and keeping them inspired.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients which contains a diverse mix, from sports teams and agricultural businesses to conference organizers and cultural event planners to ensure they remain loyal fans of The Atlas°.
  • Prospecting new clients, whether through creative outreach (yes, sometimes even cold calling), attending networking events, sales missions, or via collaborative initiatives with your fellow Marketing Crew.
  • Oversee revenue management for all guestrooms on property using our revenue management software system to maximize both profit and productivity for both sales clients and OTA/direct booking guests.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of sales management experience, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in client retention and new business development.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with revenue management systems and a keen eye for optimization.
  • A people-person who thrives on building connections and driving results.

While this role generally follows a Monday-to-Friday, 9-to-5 schedule, you'll find plenty of chances to break away from the routine with travel for sales missions and evening networking events—because, let's be honest, that's where the real excitement (and the best deals) happens. The position offers a guaranteed, commission-free salary ranging from $60K to $70K, based on your experience, with room for growth in the future.
