Could you be the full-time hybrid Cybersecurity Bid Manager in Saint-Bruno, QC, CA we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive cybersecurity expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll organize and manage crucial cybersecurity activities within our bids and tenders, ensuring the safety and reliability of our transport solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, and business development), build and update cybersecurity activity plans and cost proposals, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Building the planning of the offer integrating all cybersecurity activities and deliverables,

  • Carrying out the costing of cyber activities to be executed during project execution,

  • Ensuring the development and delivery of cybersecurity deliverables such as Cyber TDR and Cyber QCD,

  • Preparing Technical requirements specifications for suppliers and reviewing their feedback,

  • Updating the costing proposal in the tender costing tool,

  • Preparing quick costing during pre-tendering phase,

  • Leading cost estimation activities and cost improvement actions,

  • Preparing the Costing package for TRM and supporting the tender leader on pricing,

  • Diagnosing customer needs and positioning Alstom cybersecurity services,

  • Drafting strategic, practical, and competitive technical proposals

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or Cybersecurity,

  • Experience or understanding of cybersecurity in industrial sectors such as Rail, Automotive, Aviation, Hydro, and Power,

  • Knowledge of industrial control systems,

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and regulations, such as ISO 2700X, NIST, and IEC 62443,

  • A cybersecurity certification or strong communication skills,

  • Proven business development skills,

  • Experience in responding to RFPs and drafting technical and commercial proposals,

  • Demonstrated ability to work with engineering teams,

  • Strong reporting and stakeholder communication abilities,

  • Good writing skills for technical proposals,

  • Understanding of industrial cybersecurity system architecture and principles.,

  • Knowledge of techniques for evaluating systems security
