Tasks
Accompany and support the members of your team daily and ensure its management.
Oversee the workflow and operations within the branch.
Ensure compliance with business practices.
Work on practices to increase store traffic and ensure the continuous improvement of the branch.
Ensure excellent customer service.
Perform any other duties related to the position.

Job requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience in operations management is an asset.
Intermediate proficiency in English, used 30% of the time due to the English-speaking clientele.
