Tasks

  • Handling customer inquiries and providing recommendations regarding their parts needs, whether by phone, email, or directly at the counter.
  • Preparing price estimates based on specific customer requests.
  • Updating customer information in the sales management system.
  • Managing the preparation and follow-up of customer orders.
  • Handling and resolving issues related to deliveries or product errors.
  • Supplying necessary parts and accessories to mechanics.
  • Performing other tasks related to the smooth operation of the service.

Job requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of mechanical parts for heavy vehicles.
  • Proficiency in French (spoken and written) and intermediate English to serve the English-speaking clientele 40% of the time.
  • Good computer skills, knowledge of SAP software is an asset.
