Tasks
Handling customer inquiries and providing recommendations regarding their parts needs, whether by phone, email, or directly at the counter.
Preparing price estimates based on specific customer requests.
Updating customer information in the sales management system.
Managing the preparation and follow-up of customer orders.
Handling and resolving issues related to deliveries or product errors.
Supplying necessary parts and accessories to mechanics.
Performing other tasks related to the smooth operation of the service.

Job requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of mechanical parts for heavy vehicles.
Proficiency in French (spoken and written) and intermediate English to serve the English-speaking clientele 40% of the time.
Good computer skills, knowledge of SAP software is an asset.
