Tasks
Oversee the planning, coordination, and organization of service and sales point operations.
Participate in business development.
Travel between different branches.
Lead sales, distribution, and marketing activities.
Implement sales and promotion projects to drive business growth and profitability.
Communicate, negotiate, and manage relationships with various distributors.
Define, implement, and improve operational management systems.
Take part in the recruitment, integration, and evaluation processes for your teams.
Supervise, support, mobilize, and motivate your teams (10-20 people).
Ensure compliance with rules, standards, and company policies.
Plan and monitor all operations to maximize results.
Establish annual budgets for your sector and ensure sound financial management.
Ensure inventories align with objectives.
Analyze and report on team performance and activities within your sector.
Maintain operating permits for the branches.
Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
High school diploma (required).
DEC or Bachelor's degree in management or a related field (asset).
Bilingualism (asset).
1 year of experience in a management position.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in multi-site management.
At least 3 years of management experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail sector.
Proficient in new technologies and IT.
