We are looking for a Wholesale Coordinator to join our team!

 

As a Wholesale Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Account Sales Manager in managing a diverse client portfolio. This position is ideal for someone with a strong passion for sales who enjoys building relationships and identifying opportunities for growth. With a focus on grocery chains, restaurants, and major retailers across North America, the Wholesale Coordinator will assist in executing sales strategies, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Sales Manager in managing and growing assigned accounts through relationship building, contract renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities;
  • Support the development and execution of sales plans and strategies to meet revenue and market penetration targets;
  • Conduct research and provide insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies;
  • Collaborate with the Account Sales Manager and other internal teams on promotional campaigns, product selection, and inventory management;
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, forecasting, and trade investment reviews, ensuring alignment with departmental goals;
  • Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account activities, and sales opportunities;
  • Help prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports that effectively communicate our value proposition to clients;
  • Manage smaller projects and follow up on leads, ensuring accountability and timely communication with clients;
  • Participate in product training sessions to deepen product knowledge and ability to upsell existing accounts;

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, food and beverage, or related industry;
  • Bachelor’s degree or college certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred;
  • Familiarity with CRM software, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in data analysis;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence others;
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage competing priorities effectively;
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset;
  • Desire to learn and grow within the sales environment, taking initiative in supporting the Account Sales Manager.
