Tasks
Advise customers on the appropriate products for their application.
Prepare and communicate quotations to customers.
Answer customer questions and provide technical assistance as needed.
Validate customer order information and generate purchase orders in the computer system.
Cross-sell and suggest complementary products.
Participate in internal and supplier training programs.
Provide support to external representatives.
Perform any other tasks required by the position.

Job requirements
DEC or equivalent in electrotechnics, instrumentation control or related fields.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Experience in B2B sales/customer service in a technical field.
Must be perfectly bilingual to meet the needs of a bilingual clientele.
Experience in the field of industrial instrumentation.
Proficiency in Powerpoint and its effective use to influence small to medium sized groups.
