We are looking for a Senior Director, Sales and Business Development for our Cash Services division.

Your responsibilities

  • Pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and establish a presence in untapped markets.
  • Target potential clients through systematic outreach efforts.
  • Develop and execute practical sales strategies to position our offerings competitively.
  • Implement tactical plans to meet sales targets efficiently.
  • Cultivate a pipeline of potential leads through proactive prospecting and relationship-building.
  • Utilize innovative approaches for lead generation.
  • Navigate the sales cycle from qualification to deal closure.
  • Continuously assess and refine strategies for optimal effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Apply market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
  • Conduct sales presentations and engage with key decision-makers.
  • Establish lasting partnerships beyond transactions.
  • Implement tracking mechanisms to measure sales activity performance.
  • Analyze data for improvement opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic negotiations and effective closing techniques.

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with complex and long sales cycle management
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in business management
  • Experience leading strategic sales development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer centered focus
  • Available to travel if required
  • Good sense of leadership, structuring, execution, negotiation and account development expertise
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Advanced influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong teamwork, outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to articulate competitive differentiation
