Tasks
Regularly contacting clients to cultivate strong business relationships.
Taking the time to understand the specific needs of each client and proposing tailored solutions to maximize sales.
Contacting clients to introduce new products and strengthen professional ties.
Responding proactively to client inquiries via phone and email.
Ensuring a thorough follow-up on pending files to guarantee a fast and efficient response.
Assisting clients with the use of our online platform.
Performing other related tasks as required.

Job requirements
At least five years of experience in sales.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer tools.
Comfortable presenting products to clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
Knowledge of Sage300 (an asset).
Experience in interior design or window treatments (an asset).
