As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative you will be promoting an innovative product that positively impacts patient lives. You will have the opportunity to develop long lasting relationships with leading physicians in the Quebec and Ottawa area.
To achieve success in this position you will;
• Complete accountability for generating sales and managing expenses in the territory. • Network& influence medical specialists and hospital administrators to purchase and use RLM's medical devices and pharmaceuticals in the field of urology and uro-gynaecology. • Attend Operating Room & clinic procedures to support surgical cases. • Launch new products to targeted customers. • Develop a territory business plan comprised of meaningful tactical programs that are aligned and supportive of the marketing plans • Develop and managing a customer's list (through CRM), ensuring optimal coverage to meet and exceed sales targets. • Contribute to the development of the marketing plan for RLM's products and services. • Attend national and international conferences to build/strengthen relationship with specialists and to create sales opportunities. Expected Travel: 40%-60% of the time, varying throughout the year.
What you bring to the table...
Completed university degree, preferably in sciences or business 1-3 years in sales, preferably in medical or pharma Proven track record of performance and autonomy academically and professionally. Experience and knowledge in sales and healthcare are assets. Demonstrated ability to build and influence a network of specialists and healthcare professionals through evidence-based sales. Advanced customer service and relationship-building skills. Ability to acquire scientific knowledge and present studies to influence beliefs and behaviors. General knowledge of the healthcare system; experience in the operating room is an asset. Proficiency with computer tools (MS Office and CRM software)
