The successful candidate will lead our Channel Marketing GTM team and partner with Product, Pricing, Marketing, Digital, and Sales Channel stakeholders. Together, we develop, execute, and refine both day to day communications and longer term integrated GTM strategies. Success means that we've made it easy for our sales reps to understand and communicate the value that our products provide, and have a clear and simple approach to selling what is best for TELUS and our customers. This work is crucial to hitting our sales and revenue objectives, which can only be accomplished when all channels - ranging from dedicated SMB reps to part time retail team members - are successful.
As a leader, you will be responsible for proactively supporting and coaching a team of seasoned and new team members while nurturing a performance-based culture rooted in teamwork, curiosity and collaboration.
