WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
As an In-Store Visual Merchandising Manager you will be responsible for consistently bringing the culture of the brand to life through product placement, inventory management, merchandising, window execution and display. You are an individual who is a champion of standards and merchandising and will take all opportunities to grow and develop the team around them. Customer experience and navigation is a top priority when executing the visual, commercial and styling curation in accordance to the Visual Merchandising & Standards team guidelines for stores. Fostering a consistent Brand identity, unity and experience is top of mind. The In-store Visual Merchandising Manager will partner with the store manager to enhance the store experience for the customer while maintaining and implementing the brand standards, in conjunction with support from the District Manager. Your responsibilities will also include store visit walk-thru's, analyzing reports, photo sharing and direct communication/coaching.
