As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative you will be promoting an innovative product that positively impacts patient lives. You will have the opportunity to develop long lasting relationships with leading physicians in the Montreal West area.
To achieve success in this position you will; Provide support to the team (or others) with a mandate to do face-to-face visits to specific HCPs to address pre-identified topics and goals linked to the business/brand objectives & strategies. Those mandates are defined on an on demand basis based on needs assessment. Reach the pre-defined HCPs to deliver the pre-agreed key messages and call-to-action. Collect information and consent (for future company communications). Provide promotional material support & leave-behind. Track progression of visits. Work in collaboration with the internal stakeholders such as the Key Account Managers of the territory, as well as the Marketing and Customer Engagement Teams. Promote sales of products assigned with clear objectives & goals. Manage productive discussions with HCPs and be able to articulate clearly the pre-defined key messages and call-to-action (where applicable). Provide timely feedback to the Sales Manager, record/track all face-to-face visits as well as share with the internal team insights collected during the visits. Act in a compliant manner and in alignment with the local policies and regulations.
What you bring to the table...
2+ years of previous pharmaceutical sales experience A completed university degree A valid driver's license with access to a vehicle for territory travel Must exhibit excellent communication skills, ability to engage rapidly with customers, gain trust and build relationships Must be able to work independently and be able to adapt to a changing environment Play to win attitude - you take pride in your work and results, and the recognition that follows Innovative mindset - you are solutions orientated and not afraid to try new things Business acumen - you have above average organizational skills & communication Integrity - you are responsible, reliable, and accountable As this position requires in-person interaction within healthcare settings we require full vaccination for COVID-19
