Our products are designed and manufactured almost entirely at our factory located in Boucherville, on the south shore of Montreal, and distributed internationally under the renowned MOON brand.

THE POSITION

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will work closely with the sales managers and be responsible for the order processing for North American and international markets, including order reception and entry, coordination with the shipping department for shipments, as well as handling credits and returns. You will ensure database updates, coordinate communication with retailers and the accounting department, and provide support for the administrative management of client accounts. You may also assist in drafting communications and coordinating events.

DESCRIPTION OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Order reception and entry
  • Coordination with shipping and freight forwarders for order shipments
  • Communication of stock levels and manufacturing lead times to partners
  • Credits and returns
  • Answering retailer and consumer inquiries
  • Maintaining up-to-date service databases and reports
  • Coordinating retailer communication with accounting
  • Drafting certain communications
  • Coordination of events with retailers and trade shows
  • Administrative management of client accounts (keeping information up to date, contracts, etc.)
  • Management of units loaned to retailers
  • Management of units loaned for reviews (shipping, Epicor, etc.)

SKILLS

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills
  • Solid skills in organization, priority management, and meeting deadlines
  • Good stress and pressure management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite as well as ERP software (we use Epicor).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • DEC in management, administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of the high-end audio industry is an asset
  • Proficiency in French and English, as most of our clients speak English or a foreign language
