Tasks

  • Client Relations:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Oversee the contract negotiation process.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction by coordinating with operational and customer service teams.
  • Sales Management:
  • Set and achieve sales targets in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Promote a performance and collaboration-driven culture within the team.
  • Organize regular meetings to evaluate progress and discuss improvements.
  • Other:
  • Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements

  • University degree in business, logistics, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in both French and English.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in a 3PL logistics context.
  • In-depth experience in transport, logistics, transit, LTL, TL, messaging, and storage.
  • Knowledge of distribution processes for international imports and exports, as well as different modes of transport (maritime, road, intermodal).
  • Must be willing to be hands-on in the field.
