We are looking for a Senior Workforce Analyst to join BrokerLink and work out of our Toronto, Oakville or Calgary office. On a Permanent FT basis.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Workforce Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience in workforce management. This role involves but not limited too analyzing workforce data, forecasting staffing needs, and providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.

What the Role Entails:

  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and maintain workforce forecasting models.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce management.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and provide recommendations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of workforce management strategies.
  • Conduct regular audits of workforce data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage employee schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
  • Intraday Management: Monitor real-time staffing levels and make adjustments as needed to meet operational demands.
  • Communicate scheduling changes and updates to relevant stakeholders promptly and effectively.

The Successful candidate will have:

  • University or college degree, or comparable work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management, with a focus on scheduling and intraday analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency with WFM software (e.g., NICE IEX, Verint, Aspect).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with telephony systems (e.g., Avaya, Cisco, Genesys).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing workforce challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
