We are looking for a Sales Director with proven experience in the payments industry to join our growing team. The Sales Director will lead sales initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets. This role demands a blend of strategic insight, operational expertise, and exceptional relationship management skills. This is a full-time permanent position working 100% onsite at our 1123 Leslie St Office.

How you will contribute:

· Sales Strategy & Execution:

o Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand OTT Pay's SME merchant acquiring portfolio.

o Identify new market opportunities and optimize existing channels to drive revenue growth.

o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adjust strategies accordingly.

· Team Leadership & Management:

o Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated sales team focused on SME accounts.

o Set clear performance targets, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

o Conduct regular sales training and performance reviews to enhance team capabilities.

· Relationship Building & Account Management:

o Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with SME clients and key decision-makers.

o Work closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, and Operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.

o Engage with industry partners and participate in networking events to expand the business pipeline.

· Business Development & Partnership:

o Identify and secure strategic partnerships that align with OTT Pay's growth objectives in the merchant acquiring space.

o Negotiate contracts and business terms with prospective and existing clients.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of SME merchants.

· Performance Analysis & Reporting:

o Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, customer acquisition, and market trends.

o Provide insights and recommendations for strategic adjustments to senior management.

o Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate forecasting.

What you bring to the table:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

· Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in sales management, with a proven track record in POS, payments, or merchant acquiring sectors.

· Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth.

· Strong understanding of digital payments, fintech solutions, and merchant acquiring processes.

· Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.

· Leadership: Proven experience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.

· Communication: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences.

· Negotiation & Relationship Management: Strong negotiation skills and the capability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.

· Analytical Proficiency: Competency in using CRM and sales analytics tools to drive data-driven decision-making.

· Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.

This is an onsite position and the successful candidate will be required to report to the office Mon-Fri from 9:00am to 5:30pm.
