Sales Assistant - 12 Month Contract

The Sales Assistant provides administrative support to the Customer Development Team. Working with the different customer managers providing analytical, administrative and logistics support.


Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Customer (CDO):

  • Assist the Loblaw Enterprise (LCL/SDM)/ Costco/Ecom Customer Managers in completing weekly reports such as the flyer report, the promotional summary Report and with the coordination of the weekly Team update presentation.
  • Support the LCL/SDM/Costco/Ecom Team in the creation of the monthly share of market update, the creation of the monthly Discipline presentation (CAM) and booking the pre-CAM meeting, and consolidating the monthly Retail Priorities for our Broker Partner (Advantage).
  • Create/maintain a tracking tool to track the Lump sum deal sheet creation.
  • Support the LCL/SDM/Costco Team with soliciting Customer samples and also in the coordination of the LDIA Administrative access.
  • Assist Customer Managers completing Article Workflow(new items) & updating cost change forms.
  • Lead the coordination of Institutional Page development between the Customer Manager and the Agency.
  • Lead weekly flyer tracking for Colgate and competition.
  • Assist Customer Managers and Retail Marketing with the flyer insert process.
  • Lead the update of the display bill back MOG update within the Customer's Portal.


Qualifications:

  • Level of Education: Bachelor's degree required
  • Years of Experience (range): 1+ years consumer goods industry experience

Functional Experience and Technical Skills:

  • Detailed Oriented
  • Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams to achieve business results
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications
