Tasks

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Ontario, with plans to scale across Canada.
  • Identify and target key industries and businesses for our water purification solutions.
  • Build and manage a sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Market Expansion & Travel:
  • Initially focus on building the Ontario market, with a gradual expansion to other provinces.
  • Travel as required across Canada to meet clients, attend industry events, and promote our products.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Potentially build and manage a sales team as the company grows.
  • Mentor and guide sales representatives, fostering a culture of high performance.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on B2B sales.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Ability to travel extensively across Canada.
  • Strong understanding of the water purification industry is an asset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
