Reporting to the Manager of Proactive Retention and Engagement, we are seeking a detail-oriented marketer who is analytical, execution-focused, and ready to support our customer retention and engagement initiatives.

This role will focus on supporting the customer move experience, maintaining digital journeys, and coordinating with our Customer Experience (CE) channel to support moves nationally. As part of the Movers Program team, you will help execute strategies that enhance customer retention and maximize value during the moving process.

Salary Range: $67,000-$101,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12%
