We are looking for 2 Key Accounts Managers to support our business growth in Canada and our launch into the U.S. This is a permanent full time position working onsite at our Toronto Office along Leslie Street.

How you will contribute:
· Responsible for contacting, negotiating, and conducting strategic account management activities with some existing key accounts (major retailers or distributors) to achieve sales targets.
· Develop and maintain good relationships with key accounts, understand customer needs, and provide professional solutions.
· Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales objectives and performance indicators.
· Conduct market research to understand market dynamics and competitors, provide data support for sales strategies and plans.
· Analyze sales data, prepare sales reports and sales forecasts, and track sales performance in a timely manner.
· Participate in customer contract negotiations, ensure contract terms align with company interests and policies, and manage contract signing and administration.
· Coordinate internal and external resources, collaborate with other departments (such as marketing, supply chain, finance, etc.) to meet customer needs and drive sales.
· Provide exceptional customer service to clients, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
· Act as a point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and building long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
· Monitor and assess client feedback and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and offerings in the local market.
· Demonstrate expertise in payment sales, including knowledge of payment processing solutions, pricing models, and industry regulations.
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the payment industry, leveraging existing relationships and market insights.
· Collaborate with payment partners and vendors to develop joint sales strategies and expand payment-related offerings to key accounts.
· Stay updated with the latest payment industry trends and competitor activities, providing feedback and recommendations to the company's leadership team.
What you bring to the table:
· Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, sales management, or a related field preferred.
· Minimum of 3 years of provable experience in managing key accounts and acquiring new key accounts, within merchant acquisition or payment solutions.
· Experienced working in a Fintech startup
· In-depth knowledge and experience in payment sales, including payment processing solutions, pricing models, and industry regulations.
· Proven ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the payment industry, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the payment sales domain.
· Excellent sales skills and negotiation ability, able to establish good relationships with customers.
· Strong market analysis, sales planning, and sales data analysis skills.
· Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit, able to effectively coordinate and collaborate with internal and external parties.
· Self-driven and able to work under pressure, maintaining a positive sales attitude in a high-pressure environment.
· Proficient in using office software and sales management tools.
· Excellent English verbal and written communication, fluency in French will be an asset
This is an onsite position and the successful candidate will be required to report to the office Mon-Fri from 9:00am to 5:30pm.
