We have an exciting opportunity for a Director - Sales (SMB - East ) to join our team. In this role, you are in the driver's seat! You take a hands-on approach to supporting and motivating a large team of Sales professionals committed to drive growth in Ontario. Your primary customers are small businesses that range from 1-30 employees and your team will be selling our fully integrated set of products. You are a well-rounded sales leader with the expertise to manage multiple mas market sales approaches including inside sales, virtual sales, and field sales. Whether at the office or on the road with your Sales team, your leadership and organizational skills allows you to quickly pivot between sales coaching conversations, customer interactions and internal strategy discussions. You are motivated by numbers and you understand the story behind KPIs, sales activity and funnel management. You know when to celebrate successes and wins with your team and when to provide detailed coaching to build and maintain the momentum in the field.
