Overview:
This role will lead the creation and execution of the strategy for all Go-To-Market, Routes-To-Market, and distribution strategies for named Carrier/Partner. The primary goals of the Director of Sales leader are to focus on driving revenue growth within assigned Carrier by building mindshare through the following strategic motions:
The ideal candidate has a proven record of strategic sales growth and execution, successfully leading cross-functional teams toward prioritized objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the wireless market.
Responsibilities:
The Carrier Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the overall vision and strategy for their assigned carrier, driving initiatives that align with the organization's broader objectives. This role focuses on building strong partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing targeted sales strategies to increase revenue share, expand market presence, and solidify the carrier's position as a key contributor to the company's success.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience in the wireless carrier industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
• $154,000 - $231,000
