We are looking for a Digital Web Consultant to join BrokerLink, and work out of our Toronto, ON Office. On a Permanent, FT Basis.

What the Role Entails:

  • Maintain and monitor the corporate website through a non-visual Content Management System, including content updates, branding, features for search engine optimization and digital marketing programs.
  • Enhance conversion optimization and implement design and product updates based on results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, business stakeholders, digital partners to set the strategic direction and priorities for online marketing initiatives, site traffic and lead conversion.
  • Support digital communication channels including website, email, social media.
  • Analyze web statistics and communicate recommendations on activities and performance.
  • Responsible for assisting in SCRUM website development by developing user stories, requirements, and the completing user acceptance testing.

The Successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience.
  • Post-Secondary Education in a related discipline: Web design & Development / Marketing / Business or Related Field.
  • Experience with website maintenance / updates, including fluent understanding of HTML and semantic tagging, alongside a basic understanding of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
  • High level of proficiency in using software and platforms, including Microsoft Office, Content Management Systems (WordPress, Drupal, or other non-visual CMS). Exposure to platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
  • Knowledge of paid and organic search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media metrics, A/B testing or multivariate and trend analysis is an asset.
  • Exposure to Google my business and other online listings platforms.
  • Ability to work with developers, creating requirements and completing user acceptance testing.
  • Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Superior attention to detail.
