About the Job: As a Commercial Sales Support Specialist, you'll be a key player in our operations, supporting the Customer Business Team and Sales Planning Analyst. This role is essential for ensuring data accuracy in trade spend, creating customer contracts, and aiding in forecasting activities. Your main responsibilities will include
• Trade Spend Support: Assist in managing trade spend by ensuring accuracy in data entries, deduction management, accrual reconciliation, and validating customer audits.
• Customer Contracts: Create and maintain customer contracts within customer portals.
• Forecasting Support: Assist in account planning activities using various trade tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams on trade spend management and contract creation.
• Reporting Tools: Utilize reporting tools and Power BI for system monitoring and ensuring data accuracy.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support in trade tools for key business planning processes, including short and long-term promotion plans and year-over-year planning.
• Support Customer Business Teams' KPIs on trade tools, ensuring data accuracy.
• Use PBI Dashboards and Excel for report monitoring, system audits, and volume tracking.
• Partner with Finance and other cross-functional teams on trade spend governance and account reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with account documentation.
• Validate customer audits.
• Enhance customer experience across all touchpoints, ensuring S&OP processes align with the broader commercial strategy, including cross-functional projects.
• Develop project management skills to assist Sales Planners and other Cross Functions.
• Efficiency Initiatives: Contribute to team efforts focused on simplification, optimization, and harmonization of processes to drive efficiencies.
