In today's dynamic retail environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the Retail Marketing team at Colgate. Our highly results-oriented and focused team works across Oral Care, Home Care, Personal Care, and our Naturals category, and is dedicated to driving growth for Colgate Palmolive in this constantly evolving landscape.
As the Associate Retail Marketing Manager, you will contribute to the national strategy across all categories, focusing on key objectives to improve sales results, market share and financial return. The essence of this job is to partner with the Sales team and be forward thinking about innovative opportunities for retailers. You are connected across the commercial organization from Sales to Marketing to Supply Chain to ensure efficient and effective execution of brand and retail strategies. You'll apply data insights to explore new opportunities and to address day-to-day business situations. By evaluating historical performance of 5P activities and considering forward thinking trends, you'll develop deep insights, communicate meaningful recommendations, and allocate commercial investment to continue building share growth.
