Your opportunity


Fuller Landau Family Office is a leading multi-family office in Canada providing objective wealth advisory services to high and ultra-high net worth individuals and families. Our service offering includes investment portfolio advisory, tax planning and compliance, insurance advisory, will and estate planning and general financial planning and advice.

Your major responsibilities

  • Advise clients on general tax and financial matters while building relationships and developing into a trusted advisor
  • Oversee quarterly, semi-annual, and annual consolidated investment and net worth reporting process
  • Review personal, trust and corporate tax compliance, including identification of tax planning opportunities
  • Review investment holding company compilations
  • Liaise with investment portfolio managers on performance reports
  • Manage existing investment manager platform, including maintaining most updated performance information and firm overview of offerings
  • Prepare investment portfolio asset allocation proposals and various presentations
  • Prepare ad hoc reports, including personal financial projections, budgets/cash flow management, investment analysis
  • Delegate work to team members and supervise to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Manage client billings and collections


What we look for

  • 5-7 years experience in an accounting environment
  • A CPA designation
  • Experience with personal and corporate tax, specifically with respect to investment portfolios
  • Experience with financial planning and working with high net worth individuals would be considered an asset
  • Knowledge in tax, estate and insurance planning strategies would be considered an asset
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and highly computer literate overall
  • Interest in completing the CFP/TEP designations and building skills in financial planning and trust and estate planning
  • Excellent strategic, planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities considered essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of personalities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, integrate quickly and add value
  • Desire to acquire unique skills and build a long‐term career
  • Solid understanding of business professionalism and the ability to work in a team environment
