The Role
As an Associate Account Director at GeoComply, you will be integral to building and nurturing long-term relationships with key Mid-market clients. Your role will be to understand client needs, ensure the seamless delivery of solutions, and drive client satisfaction. You will report to an Account Director and work closely with internal teams to maximize client value and identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and sustain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic Leadership:
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
Assist in leading the entire sales process from pipeline generation, discovery, presentation, negotiation, deal close, and launch with an emphasis on demonstrating value and ROI.
Financial Management:
Contribute to achieving sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Assist in determining product pricing in collaboration with the Account Director and Finance.
Assist in negotiating contract terms in collaboration with Legal.
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
Review billing and ensure timely payments.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Compliance, Product, Marketing) to address client needs and ensure the delivery of successful campaigns or projects.
Coordinate and streamline internal processes and communication to optimize account management operations.
Provide feedback and guidance to team members on account strategies.
Problem Solving:
Resolve complex client issues or disputes in a manner that satisfies all parties.
Identify and grow opportunities within your accounts and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth.
Build a feedback loop for Product and Compliance teams to deliver customer insights.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare reports on account status for senior management.
Ensure contract compliance for your assigned accounts in collaboration with Legal.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, ensuring that the company remains competitive.
Who You Are
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or related customer-facing role, with at least two years of experience in the gaming industry
Experience in developing and executing account plans to drive growth.
A strong focus on delivering an excellent customer experience to drive mutual success.
Ability to build strong relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
Ability to manage and resolve complex customer issues and complaints at a large scale.
Experience in B2B complex value-based selling.
A highly collaborative individual who can adapt to a fast-moving environment.
Self-reliant, excited to be in a 'start-up' environment, and creative in your approach.
Willingness and aptitude to manage others and coordinate a team.
Willing to travel up to 40% of your working time for conferences & meetings.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several Global markets. The salary for this position ranges from $1112,000/year up to $154,000/year. Pay is based on several factors evaluated throughout the interview, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At GeoComply, our salary bands are crafted with purpose.
