About the job

Responsibilities

  • Handles all customer relations including, but not limited to, account changes, additional services, general inquiries, and service set up and cancellations
  • Ensures pro-active communication, internally and externally, between our team and loyal customers
  • Resolves any issues that may arise in a professional and timely manner
  • Provides quotes and coordinates special services for both new and existing customers
  • Acts in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and processes
  • Support with the Track and Trace of shipments as required
  • Assists and supports completion of NCCS tasks as assigned
  • Responsible for maintaining an accurate and consolidated database
  • Manage schedules
  • Inform appropriate parties of the completion of initial service
  • Thrive in a fast-paced call centre environment where working as a team and managing deadlines is a necessity
  • Special projects as required
  • Tracking and escalating implementation issues
  • Participate in project planning meetings and calls

Qualifications

Position Qualifications

  • Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
  • exhibiting a professional and partnering attitude towards both internal and external customers
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team and can easily pivot to changing and competing priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and high degree of comfort working with a variety of software programs critical to the role
