We are looking for a New Home Orientation Representative to join our Construction and Customer Service team! As a New Home Orientation Representative you will provide excellent customer experience prior to closing and introduce homeowners to their new home. You will work alongside the Construction team to schedule pre-delivery inspections in accordance with the construction and closing schedule.

This role is located at our Calderwood Site, in Thorold, ON.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2+ years experience working in an administrative and/or customer service oriented role
• Working knowledge of OBC (Ontario Building Code) or CPG (Construction Performance Guidelines) an asset
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

What You'll Be Doing Each Day

• Schedule appointments for inspections with homeowners based on construction closing schedule and identify pre-close deficiencies

• Work closely with site team and customer service team with regards to any pre-close concerns

• Review model homes contracts and execute pre-delivery inspections prior to closing

• Provide homeowners with necessary closing information and documentation as well as provide signed CCP to all parties necessary for legal close

• Conduct new home orientation on functionality of systems within home as well as educate homeowners on new home warranty process at time of pre-delivery inspections
