District Sales Manager - Sudbury / GTA
Reporting to Central Regional Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager position's primary responsibility is to achieve share growth through coaching and leading a team of Trade Marketers to implement Sales and Marketing plans with excellence. They also seek and identify business opportunities while working in the field or reviewing data.
The District Sales Manager monitors performance of individual and team critical metrics and proactively takes actions to achieve those goals. They are responsible to develop and motivate their team, through effective coaching in the field, at team meetings and through 1-2-1 conversations.
