We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. This role focuses on managing data with precision, ensuring accuracy, and providing essential support to keep our sales processes running efficiently.

Role responsibilities (Data Mangement):
Maintain and update sales data in the CRM and other sales tools.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all sales records and reports.
Regularly audit sales data to identify and correct discrepancies.
Generate routine sales reports and distribute them to the sales team and management as needed.
Role responsibilities (Contract Support):
Coordinate with internal teams such as legal and finance to facilitate timely contract approvals.
Maintain organized records of all contracts and related documentation.
Role responsibilities (Sales Process Support):
Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure the smooth execution of sales activities.
Support the sales team with day-to-day tasks, including data entry and report generation.
Role responsibilities (Prospect List Maintenance):
Work closely with the market research team to receive updated prospect information.
Clean and maintain the prospect list, ensuring it is accurate, organized, and reflects the latest market research.
Implement processes to regularly update the prospect list based on input from the market research team and other stakeholders.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Management, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales operations, data management, or similar role.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with data maintenance and clean-up.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
