Location: CHANEL Watches & Fine Jewelry Pop-up Shop - Yorkdale Mall, TO

Reports to: CHANEL Yorkdale Boutique Management

Contract: Full-time and Temporary (Mid-November until end-of December 2024)

Your role @ Chanel:

CHANEL Watches & Fine Jewellery is excited to launch a temporary holiday pop-up store to offer our exclusive seasonal products and exceptional customer service during the busy holiday season. We are looking for seven (7) enthusiastic and motivated Sales Assistants to join our team and help create a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

What impact you can create at Chanel:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their watches and jewellery needs, offering expert product knowledge, and making personalized recommendations.
• Support pop-up operations, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
• Ensure the sales floor is well-organized and displays are attractive.
• Assist with inventory management, including conducting regular inventory checks, and keeping track of merchandise.

Responsibilities listed are not exhaustive; additional and more detailed duties will be shared during training stage.

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexible schedule. Including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
