Role Overview
As a Sales Operations Specialist at DGF Canada, you will play a vital role in empowering our frontline sales teams. Your focus will be on enhancing efficiency in their daily operational tasks—such as lead qualification & management, account opening, renewals, and quotations—while maintaining our customer database and call planning systems. By optimizing sales processes and systems, you will contribute to an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle, from lead management to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential customers, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
Develop and implement streamlined sales support processes to enhance productivity, reduce bottlenecks, and improve the customer onboarding experience.
Take ownership of the CRM tool, ensuring data quality through regular training sessions for sales personnel on correct data entry and timely resolution of sales-related queries.
Serve as the project implementation leader or commercial representative for the deployment and development of relevant sales processes or tools within the country.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, IT, and operations, to align on goals and ensure the smooth implementation of various sales process improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to Global and Regional standards for various Sales Processes, Systems, and Tools.
Track and analyze key sales metrics, preparing insightful reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
