Sales Development Representative
Use CRM tools to identify best-fit inbound and outbound leads to contact
Be the first point of contact for communication with customers via email or phone outreach
Use creative techniques to identify the right client to reach out to, based on seasonal moments, product offerings, and more using a variety of outreach tools
Manage your time and prioritize your work using our internal CRM tools and ensure up to date monitoring of your
Understand, validate, and overcome customer objections
Work collaboratively with different teams and share knowledge and learnings, to improve overall performance
Conduct additional analyses to identify gaps within existing processes or ways of working
Work closely with management to solve for challenges and improve team performance
Work towards individual and team KPIs on a weekly basis
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, marketing or customer service
Experience working with data analytics and CRM tools including Salesforce, Tableau and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment
An innovative mind always willing and able to contribute creative solutions to problems as they arise
Strong analytical and reporting skills; experience using data driven solutioning to drive positive business outcomes
6-9 months of outbound calling experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Bachelor's degree
