General Sales Support - Canada Medical Supplies
As a Sales Support Specialist for the Medsupplies team, you will be the first line of support for inquiries and doubts. You'll work closely with account managers, internal teams, and various online tools to provide customer-focused, solution-oriented responses. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality service.
Your role:
Sort through several information sources to find suitable solutions for customers.
Handle escalations, determining whether they can be resolved directly or need to go to an account manager.
Keep account managers informed of any critical situations, such as a customer considering moving away from Philips consumables.
Develop basic clinical knowledge to make informed recommendations to clients.
Provide customer service with a personable response and probing questions when the answer is no or unavailable.
You're the right fit if:
You've acquired 2+ years of experience in supporting sales teams, ,preferably on medical consumables products or an equivalent mix of academic background and professional experience.
Your skills include knowledge in Excel and SAP.
You have an academic background in Business, Industrial Engineer, Logistics or an equivalent academic field.
You're a professional with a customer-focused and solution oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak French and English required.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
This is an in-office role.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $53,887.00 to $84,679.00 The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
