1. Become an expert in the Walmart Marketplace, as well as the marketplace competitive landscape, trends, and business models through deep partnership with Key Account Managers and cross functional teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify prospects, advise clients and build strategic retail media plans - pitch, negotiate and execution campaigns.
2. Reach and strive to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas while contributing to team goals.
3. Sales forecasting and pipeline management - Client Partner, Marketplace will update a sales forecast and accurately manage pipeline within a CRM tool daily.
4. Responsible for building deep relationships with clients and deliver tier-one customer service, host weekly/monthly check-ins, quarterly business reviews, strategic brainstorms, etc.
5. Help define best practices, processes, and forge through ambiguity to move the business forward.
6. Manage a high volume of advertiser accounts.
7. Attend industry events (may be virtual), network and stay well-informed of retail media industry trends.
Qualifications
- University Degree required
- Bring a solid foundation of 5 to 7 years of professional experience
- Have proven expertise in search media (digital).
