Bilingual Associate Marketing Manager

The Associate Market Manager will be responsible for supporting the advancement of strategy and tactics across various brands and projects as prioritized. As a member of the Product & Operations team, the candidate will work closely with the Product Squads and Quebec customer squads. This position will focus on the Quebec market for various products and provides an opportunity to work collaboratively with a team to deliver on our objectives. It will be a role located either in Quebec or will work hybrid at our head office in Mississauga, Ontario.

What you will do:

  • Assist the brand teams in the development of tactical plans
  • Support team members to execute programs, tools and key tactics against strategic objectives and within budget, including digital programs and websites
  • Work collaboratively and proactively with our agencies and brand teams to develop and finalize content while ensuring all of our content (digital and print) are up to date and effectively maintained
  • Manage content through Content Factory and Website Factory
  • Develop digital content include in house approved emails
  • Work cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders, as needed, to ensure brand projects are on track to achieve performance objectives
  • Support the tracking and analysis of performance and help build plans to optimize where needed
  • Support the commercial CAPA lead in addressing audit findings related to digital

Who you are:

  • Business or science undergraduate degree
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical industry required
  • Strong understanding of Quebec market
  • Bilingualism in French/English (written & verbal)
  • Proven project management, planning & organizational ability
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on objectives with high quality and on time
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment with self-initiative
  • Excellent analytical problem solving and critical thinking
  • Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • A passion for improving the lives of patients
  • Experience in digital marketing or agency is a strong asset
  • Content Factory, Website Factory and CAPA experience a strong asset
