JOB SUMMARY
Provides consultative, strategic oversight of marketing activities across an area for Managed and Franchised hotels. Communicates and supports area marketing plans, provides guidance on best marketing practices and also provides budget recommendations for the MxM hotel categories. The ADM will work closely with the marketing discipline leadership and regional teams to meet market needs for the area. Monitors the overall effectiveness of marketing in the area and will provide guidance to the on property MxM marketing associates to ensure they are delivering and executing marketing plans that meet the business targets while ensuring the appropriate "pull through" of corporate marketing and digital strategies, programs, processes, and initiatives for the benefit of individual hotels in their region. Responsible for expediting resources, templates, tools and general guidance for the marketing implementation for market hotels. Serves point on Owner and Market escalations and challenges related to marketing

The salary range for this position is $181,700 to $253,300 annually.
