Role: Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

· Focus on:

a. ALC’s and Retirement Communities for Ad Revenue

b. Identify and Target Potential Business Partners: Focus on industries such as health & wellness, financial planning, Technology, Legal Advice, Lifestyle & Leisure

c. Revenue Opportunities with Ask The Expert.

  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Present and Promote Offerings: Highlight the benefits and unique features of our products and services to potential partners. Use our Media Kit.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team: Create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure clients receive top-notch support and service.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
  • Work with our Marketing team to help create meaningful messages to our partners.

Skills Required:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey information and build rapport with clients.
  • Sales experience in the +55 market an assett
  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated track record of success in sales, with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating deals and closing sales.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and stay driven to achieve targets.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies based on market conditions and client feedback.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Empathy and Patience: Understanding the unique needs and concerns of the 55+ market.
