ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing an excellent customer service experience to all guests, picking up and returning Guest vehicles for Service.
• Operate shuttle vehicle to transport customers to and from the dealership.
• Maintain and complete delivery and pick up log.
• Ensuring shuttle vehicle is clean and presentable at all times.
• Answering phones and booking appointments and calling next day’s appointments
• Follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report any and all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
• This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Self-directed, requiring minimal supervision.
• Strong customer relation skills, maintaining a friendly and positive attitude.
• A thorough understanding of the Lower Mainland and the ability to read maps.
• Possess a valid Ontario Driver’s License, and are able to present a current copy of your driver’s abstract for review.
