As a Seasonal Retail Support Associate in our stores, you can expect to:

  • Be part of a high performing team where contributions are measured and recognized
  • Work in a fast paced environment, where every day is different
  • Engage with customers to build rapport, identify their needs, and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Work closely with Sales Representatives and Store Managers to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment
  • Assist with daily store operations, including managing inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized
  • Work a flexible schedule, which includes evenings, weekends and holidays. Key dates include but not limited to November 29, November 30, and December 1 (Black Friday weekend) and December 26 (Boxing Day)

Please note: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not required. A passion for technology and telecommunications is a plus.
