Job Description:
The Sales Analyst will support the National Accounts team, ensuring all operational needs of the business are executed effectively and efficiently to deliver on overall segment objectives and mutually aligned customer business plans.
The role is comprised of three areas of responsibility:
Analytical (~40%) - Support team in analysing data and providing recommendations. Tasks will include, but are not limited to promotional effectiveness, ship share analysis, forecasting recommendations, financial evaluations, various reporting/tracking. Sales Support (~40%) - Supporting team and customer in day to day key account maintenance. Tasks will include, but are not limited to new item activation, listing maintenance, ad grid maintenance, deduction clearing, various tracking. Customer Facing Responsibility (~20%) - Responsible for business delivery and customer relationship management of two key banners. Sales Analyst, will leverage multi-functional resource alignment to maximize customer engagement and participate in determining strategy by anticipating and advocating for customer needs.
