Purpose of the Role
As a Marketing Associate, you will be an integral part of the Sales and Marketing team, assisting with various tasks to enhance brand presence, support sales initiatives, and maintain digital assets. This role requires a versatile and creative individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and design aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Website Updates & Maintenance - Assist in updating and maintaining website content to ensure accuracy and alignment with branding and marketing goals.
• Image/Media Sourcing & Creation - Find, edit, and create high-quality images and media assets for use across marketing materials and platforms.
• Content Creation & Publishing - Generate, edit, and publish content for social media, blogs, and the company website to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
• Presentation & Document Enhancement - Polish and refine sales presentations, white papers, and other marketing materials to improve their impact and readability.
• Lead Feeder Contact Processing - Support the sales team by processing and organizing contacts from lead generation tools.
• Brand Consistency - Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines regarding colors, fonts, and overall visual style.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Experience - 1+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or a related field.
• Education - Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
• Design Skills - Proficiency in Photoshop or other image editing software.
• Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of Office 365, including PowerPoint and Word, with the ability to apply branding elements effectively.
• Web Content Management - Experience with WordPress, Drupal, Wix, or similar CMS platforms for content editing and publishing.
• Marketing Knowledge - Understanding of digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and content strategy.
• Data Privacy & Security Awareness - Basic knowledge of data privacy and security considerations in digital marketing.
