Come be a part of our exciting new Customer Sales and Service Team at our Halifax location! You will be the first to sit in a new seat at a brand-new desk in a newly renovated space! If you join our team, we will get you started with a supportive and interactive training program to set you up for success. Then, a typical day will involve helping customers upgrade their products/services, review current accounts, resolve concerns around products or services and explain bundles/deals and solutions to our customers.

The start date is February 19^th, 2025.

Who you are:

Customer service is important to you, and you pride yourself on your ability to listen and problem solve. You are comfortable using a 2-monitor workstation, with multiple windows open. You enjoy collaborating with your team members and leaders and you value the opportunity to learn, grow and contribute in an in-person environment, where you can be part of the vibe!! (It's a lot of fun!)

Schedules are sent weeks in advance, so you can make the most of your free time.

In addition to your hourly wage, you'll have the opportunity to earn incentive pay and commission. We offer a competitive Total Rewards Package including a training rate of $17.30 per hour plus incentives and commission pay (uncapped), 18 paid days off, plus 12 paid statutory holidays with paid sick days, Health Benefits and Pension - and employee discounts! Your earning potential (salary plus commission, incentive & growth share) could be up to $50,000 per year (based on full time employment)! Or even more!
