The Paint Sales Specialist will provide expert advice on paint products and solutions to our PROS while understanding customer needs, offering recommendations, and driving sales growth within the paint department. You will leverage your knowledge of paint types, application techniques, and industry trends to deliver exceptional customer service. The Paint Sales Specialist will also assist customers with their blinds and shades product by providing advice and suggestive selling.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their project requirements and preferences

Offer personalized recommendations on paint products, finishes, and color options.

Provide knowledge of paint and blind products, including their features, benefits, and applications.

Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.

Drive sales by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with PROs and retail customers.

Qualifications

Knowledge of paint products, finishes, and application techniques.

Knowledge of window blinds and creation of special product orders is an asset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
