We are looking for an Account Administrator to join BrokerLink and work out of our Saint John, NB office on a Permanent FT Basis.

What the Role Entails:

  • Review new business and renewals, endorsements, cancellations, payment notices
  • Ensure new business applications are filed on time
  • Ensure proper coverage and accurate billing
  • Order reports (Hits, Auto+ / Mvr)
  • Prepare Insurance to value and confirmation of insurance (Finance companies, leasing companies, Mortgagees)
  • Contact companies for minor changes to documents as needed
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier and Canada Post items
  • Banking transactions - process incoming payments for deposit and transit to bank
  • May include back-up duties for other administrative duties

The Successful candidate will have:

  • High School and/or Post-Secondary Education
  • 1 - 3 years' experience in an office environment
  • Strong customer focus
  • Computer skills - Keyboarding and MS Office
  • Exposure to Epic is an asset
  • Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Conscientious and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
